Welcome to Asia Legacy Travel & Tour SDN BHD ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

All bookings are subject to availability. A valid identification (Passport/IC) is required for all travelers. Full payment or a specified deposit must be settled according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our partners: • Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of the tour date: 70% refund. • Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour date: 30% refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date: 15% refund. • Cancellations made within 48 hours is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for entry into Malaysia or any other destination. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.

Asia Legacy Travel & Tour SDN BHD acts only as an agent for the hotels, transport providers, and other service providers. We shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger.

We are not liable for any changes, cancellations, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, weather conditions, or government regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
